Chapter Tech
The Chapter Technician’s job is to coordinate and manage the marketing technologies available from TEAM for the chapter and its members.
- Update Facebook page on Wednesday’s to highlight next weeks speaker to share event with possible visitors
- Update “member of the week” on chapter page, highlighting next weeks speaker
- Oversee, manage and edit (when appropriate) the chapter’s website on TEAM’s main website, including: • meeting location • member of the week • chapter calendar
- Provide assistance/instructions as needed for members creating/updating their “Member Profile.”
- Inform members regularly on what’s new and available for them at www.teamreferralnetwork.com.
- Review Chapter Tech Report received from TEAM with your chapter weekly. Explain functionality like “introductions”, “send a referral”, and emailing all members
- Coordinate the production of the chapter brochure (update on a regular basis)
- Work with Marketing Coordinator on social media and networking sites, such as Meet Up, private Facebook groups or networking directories.
