Certified Federal Credit Union’s 76th Annual Meeting Brings Community Together
The El Monte / South El Monte Chamber of Commerce is proud to highlight a wonderful celebration of community and service at the Certified Federal Credit Union’s 76th Annual Meeting!
Hosted outdoors on a sunny day filled with fun, connection, and appreciation, this milestone event brought together residents, local businesses, and civic leaders to reflect on over seven decades of service and prosperity.
Community Engagement at Its Best
The El Monte Police Department made a strong presence, engaging with community members and sharing important resources. Officers greeted attendees with smiles, gave kids a close look at their patrol gear, and encouraged everyone to follow their outreach efforts on social media.
Local Businesses Show Their Support
Representatives from Puente Hills Ford and other Chamber partners were present, showcasing their services and giving away branded merchandise. It was a great opportunity for local businesses to connect directly with community members.
Family Fun and Food
Attendees enjoyed refreshing scoops from Thrifty Ice Cream, delicious bites from food trucks, and a variety of refreshments throughout the day. The festive atmosphere kept spirits high as families, seniors, and youth enjoyed all the event had to offer.
Celebration and Recognition
Certified Federal’s tent featured an impressive raffle prize display and ongoing recognition of long-time members and contributors. A special congratulatory feature inside the branch celebrated Steve Weakley, recognized in the Shelby Report of the West – April 2025.
Rooted in Values
The theme of the day was clear: “Growing Stronger and Better Together in Strength and Prosperity.” Certified Federal continues to demonstrate their commitment to supporting the people and progress of our region.
